Mission & Vision
The “Standing Behind our People” initiative was launched after the terrible attacks perpetrated by Hamas on October 7.
Our mission is clear: to rebuild the heart and the land of Israel.
We aspire not only to provide immediate support but also to embark on long-term initiatives aimed at revitalizing and restoring the heart and the land of Israel, both today and for the future.

Standing Behind Our People was created by 6 Israelis & French Olim .
Our expertise : Entrepreneurship, new technologies, fundraising, complex logistics processes.
The team quickly reached more than 50 volunteers and is divided into several divisions:
- Donor relations - Product & technology - Operations & logistics - Communication

Our Operations
We coordinate an operation at five levels:
- Donation collection
- Receiving requests from citizens (mainly displaced families, grieving families and orphans*) in need of equipment and human assistance.
- Prioritizing and processing incoming requests to ensure support for those with the most urgent needs.
- Negotiation with suppliers to ensure supply at lower cost.
- Secure and rapid delivery of resources to their final destination.
